Elite Travel Hackers Giveaway & Contest Terms and Conditions
Overview:
The Elite Travel Hackers Giveaway (“the Contest”) is organized by Elite Travel Hackers (“the Organizer”). By entering the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these rules at any time without notice.
Eligibility: The Contest is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry
The Contest is open to participants worldwide, unless prohibited by local laws.Employees, agents, and affiliates of Elite Travel Hackers, Counting Countries, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.Only Founding Members (i.e., paying members of Elite Travel Hackers) are eligible for the Top Referrer prizes. A Founding Member is defined as a participant who has enrolled in the paid membership program of Elite Travel Hackers during the contest period. Non-paying participants can still earn points and qualify for the random prize drawing, but will not be eligible for Top Referrer prizes by participating in the Contest, entrants confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Contest Period:
The Contest begins on October 15th, 2024, at 12:00 AM (UTC) and ends on November 30th, 2024, at 11:59 PM (UTC).Any entries or actions taken outside this period will not be eligible for prizes.
How to Enter:
Participants can enter the Contest by completing specific actions as outlined below:
Subscribing to Counting Countries' YouTube Channel (10 points)
Following Counting Countries on Instagram (10 points)
Following Elite Travel Hackers on Instagram (10 points)
Following Counting Countries on Facebook (10 points)
Attending the Free Elite Travel Hackers Travel Hacking Masterclass (10 points)
Signing up for the Elite Travel Hacking newsletter (10 points)
Referring friends to join the Elite Travel Hackers waitlist (10 points per verified referral)
For every 10 points earned, participants will receive 1 entry into the random prize drawing. Participants may increase their chances of winning by completing additional actions or referring more friends.
Referrals and Points System: Referrals are valid only when the referred individual signs up with a verified email address.Unverified or duplicate referrals will be disqualified.The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who attempt to manipulate the referral system using fraudulent means (e.g., bots, fake email addresses).Participants who become Founding Members of the Elite Travel Hackers community will automatically have their total entries to the random drawing doubled. However, their referral points will remain the same.

Winner Selection and Notification: For Random Drawing PrizesWinners will be selected randomly using a random generator from all eligible entriesThe random drawing will take place on or about December 5th, 2024Winners will be notified via the email address provided during sign-up within 7 days of the drawing.
For Top Referrer Prizes (Founding Members Only)
Only Founding Members are eligible to win Top Referrer prizesThe top 50 Founding Members with the most verified referrals will be ranked based on the number of verified referrals.In the event of a tie in referral counts, tied participants will receive the same prizesTop referrers will be notified via email within 7 days of the contest closing.
Claiming Prizes:
Winners must respond to the notification email within 14 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this period, an alternate winner may be selected.Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.Physical prizes will be shipped to the winners within 30 days of the contest end. International winners may be responsible for additional customs or shipping fees.Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees related to their prize.
Data Protection and Privacy:
By entering the Contest, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by the Organizer for the purposes of administering the Contest, marketing communications, and prize fulfillment.Participants may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the emails.The Organizer will not share participant data with any third parties except for the purpose of prize fulfillment.
Disqualification:
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions, using fraudulent methods to enter or win the contest, or attempting to disrupt the contest’s fairness or integrity.Examples of disqualification include, but are not limited to, creating fake accounts, using bots, and manipulating referral points.
Limitation of Liability:
The Organizer is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Content.
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Contest or from the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
Amendments:
The Organizer reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the Contest at any time due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. In the event of a dispute, the Organizer's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Governing Law:The Contest is governed by the laws of the United States, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws. By participating in the Elite Travel Hackers Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
